Hannah and Richard’s wedding at Carlton Towers on ‘Good Friday’ was an honour to capture. The sun was shining as we pulled up to this magnificent venue. Hannah, Sarah (MOH), Vanessa (Hannah’s Mum) and Dawn (Richard’s Mum) were all excited for the day ahead as they busily prepared themselves assisted with a glass of bubbly and MUA Michaela Love. Richard, James (Best Man/Brother) Richard’s dad Gary and Hannah’s dad Daryl were all enjoying the beautiful weather as I photographed groom preparations and they happily headed outside for a photo or two. Hannah had chosen a backless Marylise Bridal Gown from The White Yard Bridal Boutique. Her chosen bouquet was beautifully designed by Wentworth Garden Centre and Carlton Towers had been elegantly decorated by Ambience Styling. After a heartfelt ceremony guests enjoyed a drink or two on the front lawn listening to the sounds of Mellow Cello whilst soaking up the sunshine. After some very entertaining and well delivered speeches from close family and friends, guests enjoyed their chosen menu – the food was fabulous and venue staff very attentive throughout the whole day. We made the most of the soft evening light and the array of indoor and outdoor space for a few dynamic bride and groom only portraits. We really were spoilt for choice. Hannah and Richard had opted for a live wedding singer ‘Steve Michaels’ to start off their evening celebrations. Steve took centre stage providing a great selection of tunes for first dance and the party celebrations that followed…everyone was up on the dance floor showing off their best dance moves! A big thank you to all Hannah and Richard’s family and friends for welcoming us on the day. An extra big thanks goes out to Hannah and Richard! You were both amazing, my assistant and I had a truly fantastic time sharing your wedding day!
