Sami & Adam @ Whirlowbrook Hall

Whirlowbrook Hall Wedding Photographer | Wedding Photographer Whirlowbrook Hall | South Yorkshire Wedding Photographer| Sheffield Wedding Photographer Another super Whirlowbrook wedding with equally as fabulous clients Sami and Adam! Who choose to hold all of their wonderful wedding day celebrations at Whirlowbrook Hall. This beautiful venue held much significance and importance to Sami who often visited the grounds of Whirlowbrook having a spot of lunch or hot drinks in the tearoom with her parents before it became a well known wedding venue. Sami and her bridesmaids were excited (despite the rain) as we met them for bridal preparations. Sami was well organised throughout the morning and her bridesmaids all looked fabulous in their matching dresses, all of them keen to assist Sami or ourselves throughout the day...so thank you ladies! A very heartfelt ceremony was held in the larger suite which was tastefully decorated. Due to the persistent rain we arranged a few shots differently...we captured confetti as our newly weds came back up their isle, photographed all the group photos inside making use of the beautiful staircase with antique feature windows. We also requested Sami and Adam join us for a short bride and groom only session in the bridal prep suite which hosted a beautiful chaiselounge. The wedding breakfast was served as Tapas followed by a selection of small desserts and cakes. Speeches provoked much laughter and the odd tear too! All of the speeches were equally as captivating in their own way, it was great to capture so many guests reactions. Thankfully, there was slight break in the weather with just a light drizzle so Sami and Adam were more than happy to venture out into the elements to capture photos within the stunning Whirlowbrook grounds. Informal photographs were taken as evening guests arrived and after dark we headed outdoors with an umbrella this time (it had started to rain again) for just few more bride and groom only pictures outside in the rain in front of the venue. We headed back inside for cutting of the beautiful cake selection set up by Adam's wonderful mum and our newly weds first dance. This was followed by a very emotional dance as Sami took to the floor with her proud father Neil. Sadly, Sami's mum Carole was unable to sing for her daughter therefore as Adam played the guitar Carole's friends arranged to sing in fond memory of her mother. As daughter and dad embraced their wasn't a dry eye around them. A very poignant moment. Sami had already arranged to follow this with a choreographed lively bride and bridesmaids dance, which had everyone up on the floor celebrating around them. Let's not forget the live band Sami and Adam had arranged who had traveled all the way from Holland! You were fabulous guys! What a magical end to a truly wonderful wedding day. Thank you to the team at Whirlowbrook, as always it is a pleasure to work alongside you all. Thank you also to Natalie for her hard work assisting me on the day and to Neil (Sami's dad) who assisted us with group photos and ensured everything ran as smoothly on the day and of course an extra big thank you goes out to Sami & Adam for embracing the elements for your portraits. I got very wet and Natalie took a tumble but it was great to get those shots for you both! Congratulations Mr & Mrs Jones! Enjoy your sneak preview.
